摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects welding current and time on microstructure mechanical properties joints. To end, two dissimilar materials, austenitic stainless steel alloy SUS301L aluminum 6063-T6, were welded together via intermediate frequency resistance spot welding. A thick, two-layered intermetallic compound layer containing FeAl3 Fe2Al5 phases formed at SUS301L/6063-T6 interface. As increased, nugget diameter interfacial structure became coarser, thickness tensile shear load weld joints had an increased tendency in steel/aluminum reached 5.4 mm, maximum 1783 N 7 kA for 200 ms time. joint exhibited fracture mode joint. crack initiated near side spread through layer, as well fusion zone
