摘要: Abstract The microstructures of 〈110〉 twin dendrites were studied in detail. It was found that the periphery surfaces dendrite are all {111} planes. A model constructed to explain growth morphology. predicts absence branching except ion initial stage, which has indeed been observed experimentally. From model, it turns out is fact a combination two 〈211〉 dendritic growths if latter can maintain their coherency. Finally, 〈211〈 transition attributed break-up coherent growths.
