摘要: Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are rare lesions with aggressive natural histories that predispose the patients, who generally young at time of diagnosis, to a lifetime hemorrhage risk. The recent publication ARUBA trial has further complicated decision tree for management unruptured AVMs. AVMs require availability comprehensive neurovascular service expertise in neurosurgery, interventional neuroradiology, and radiation therapy. treat an AVM should rest upon understanding history these as well morbidity mortality associated treatment. This chapter summarizes indications outcomes endovascular treatment
