摘要: The clinical course of 50 patients with conservatively treated intracranial arteriovenous malformations (AVM's) was followed, most them for more than 5 years. average follow-up period 13.4 initial symptom bleeding in 29 (58%) and seizure 15 (30%). Small deep-seated AVM's were associated a high incidence bleeding; however, repeated hemorrhages not necessarily indicative poor prognosis. Children younger years had better prognosis adults. There no correlation between pregnancy bleeding. In the hemorrhage group, rebleeding 6.9% 1st year after rupture, 1.91% per years, 0.92% overall 34.5% group. Of patients, 37 (74%) good outcome, four (8%) fair outcome; five died.
