摘要: Aim To evaluate the psychometric properties of an adaptation Alcohol and Problems Perceptions Questionnaire to measure attitudes staff working with drug users (the DDPPQ). Design Postal survey: a questionnaire was mailed participants on two occasions. Setting A large urban National Health Service (NHS) mental health service. Participants stratified random sample medical staff, clinical psychologists, occupational therapists nurses (n = 672) who work within generic health, adolescent psychiatry, forensic psychiatry alcohol services. Response rate at Time 1 56% 68% 2. Measurements structured demographic questionnaire; individual item total scores for DDPPQ administered occasions 4 weeks apart; data relating content validity instrument. Findings principal component analysis confirmed DDPPQ's construct its validity. Following instrument's test–retest reliability structure it reduced 20-item scale. Its five subscales related role adequacy, support, job satisfaction, role-specific self-esteem legitimacy. Conclusion The refined shown be valid reliable tool which can used people in relation users.
