摘要: Abstract The Physical and microphysical structure of the supercooled water fields in wintertime storms over Park Range northern Colorado Rocky Mountains is examined using aircraft ground-based measurements. Cloud top, cloud base, zones strong orographic lift are identified as regions stratiform systems where production can occur. Colorado's were found to have low droplet concentrations (≪300 cm−3). In clouds with lowest (<100 cm−3), broad spectra consistently observed. Significant numbers large (<20 μm) droplets present these cases. data presented here Part I used construct conceptual models evolution liquid 1) shallow warm tops, 2) deep cold 3) convective regions.
