摘要: Various beta(2)-agonists are used as illegal growth promoters in man and animals. We developed a multiresidue procedure for the analysis of four beta-agonists human calf urine. The sample was pre-extracted with an Extrelut column at alkaline pH. were eluted mixture tert.-butylmethyl ether hexane. Then extract further cleaned mixed mode SPE column, or combination immunoaffinity chromatography (IAC) column. IAC contained antibodies against salbutamol, which suitable extractions. then brought onto acidic washed 70% methanol water. Thereafter, ammoniated ethanol-hexane. analysed HPLC method electrochemical detection. separated on reversed-phase using mobile phase buffered pH 5.5 containing ion-pair reagent. Recoveries higher when not performed (90-105% vs. 65-75%), but extracts cleaner latter step included. Detection limits urine low ng/ml range. study indicated that can be without selectivity mass spectrometer, comprehensive clean-up is required to avoid interference matrix components.
