Determination of β2-agonists by ion chromatography with direct conductivity detection

摘要: A simple method for the simultaneous detection of four beta2-agonists (salbutamol, fenoterol, clorprenaline, and clenbuterol) using ion chromatography (IC) with direct conductivity (CD) based on their ionization in acidic medium without chemical suppression is presented. The mixture 1.8 mM HNO3 2% (v/v) acetonitrile was used as eluent. could be applied to determination pharmaceutical preparations. recovery salbutamol clenbuterol tablets more than 97% (n=3) relative standard deviation (n=11) less 2.8%. With proposed method, also successfully detected human plasma. In a single chromatographic run, can separated determined 8 min. linear ranges were 7.0-1.4 x 10(3)ng/ml salbutamol, 34-7.8 8.0-1.6 25-7.5 clenbuterol. limits 2.0 ng/ml 10 3.0
