摘要: Root segments from the middle and distal zones of in vitro roots oriental lily hybrid cultivar 'Rosato' were isolated cultured on MS nutrient medium supplemented with IBA, NAA 2,4-D alone or combination BA. Hormone-free was ineffective inducing bulblet regeneration. Bulblets induced when contained either 1.0, 1.5 2.0 mg 1 -1 NAA, 2.4-D A significant increase percentage explants producing bulblets number per an explant observed containing 2 After ninety days culture, weighty recorded The attaining size 14-16 cm flowered two years pots without any phenotypic variations.
