摘要: Microalgae are rich in nutrients and biologically active substances such as proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, vitamins, pigments, phycobiliproteins, among others. The lipid composition of the microalgae Chlorella vulgaris, Arthrospira platensis, Dunaliella salina was screened for first time. proposed method purifying complex isolated from microalgae’s biomass involved dissolving lipid-pigment n-hexane 4 h stirring at 500 rpm. We found that largest number neutral lipids is contained fatty acids, polar (glycerophospholipids), unsaponifiable substances—in salina, chlorophyll, other impurities—in vulgaris. developed purification acid confirmed content acids microalgae, which interest practical use production components. also determined potential its development affordable technology processing into valuable food feed additives.
