摘要: The ability to respond divergent stimuli by inducing a multitude of signaling pathways is one the most fundamental functions living cell. Investigation highly complex and dynamic processes initiated growth factors that activate receptors on cell surface has been greatly facilitated recent developments in field mass spectrometry-based proteomics. In particular, quantitative spectrometry approaches such as Stable Isotope Labeling Amino acids Cell culture (SILAC) have provided new insights into cellular compiling global view temporal dimension cascades. this chapter, we focus characterization interaction networks creation phosphorylation profiles epidermal factor receptor its family members using SILAC-based proteomic approaches.
