摘要: Multiple challenges are faced by educators and trainees. These multidimensional pertain to a scenario in which trainees have become short period of time competent technical neurosurgeons, while at the same conscious economic professional factors that will influence their practice. It is duty societies leading come together developing continental methods training aimed towards “organised learning”. The goal should strictly be education our residents, not just utilisation manpower for number years.
