摘要: Substantial country differences in neurosurgical training throughout Europe have recently been described, ranging from subjective rating of quality to objective working hours per week. The aim this study was analyse whether these translate into the results written and oral part European Board Examination Neurological Surgery (EBE-NS). Country-specific composite scores for satisfaction with theoretical practical training, as well week, were obtained an electronic survey distributed among residents between June 2014 March 2015. These related anonymous country-specific EBE-NS 2009 2016, using uni- multivariate linear regression analysis. A total n = 1025 n = 63 examination included. There a significant relationship result score [adjusted coefficient (RC) −3.80, 95 % confidence interval (CI) -5.43–7 -2.17, p < 0.001], but not or time. For part, there (RC 9.47, CI 1.47–17.47, p = 0.021), however neither nor With every one-step improvement on Part 1 increased by 3.8 %. 2 9.47 %. Improving conditions is likely direct positive influence knowledge level trainees, measured EBE-NS. effect actual time trainees appears be insignificant.
