摘要: Intense /sup 13/N radioactive ion beams have been produced by the two-accelerator method. They used to investigate 13/N(/b p/, gamma )/sup 14/O reaction, in particular measure directly its cross section energy region of interest nuclear astrophysics. The results a complete set experiments thereby carried out on this reaction allowed determining stellar conditions under which cold and hot CNO cycles, for `burning' hydrogen transformation into helium, dominate.
