摘要: We theoretically investigate and compare the influence of square silver gratings one-dimensional photonic crystal (1D PC) based nanostructures on light absorption organic solar cells with a thin active layer. show that, by integrating grating inside layer, excited localized surface plasmon modes may cause strong field enhancement at interface between which results in broadband up to 23.4%. Apart from using gratings, we that patterning 1D PC top device also result comparable 18.9%. The is due scattering PC, coupling incoming into Bloch resonance modes.
