摘要: AbstractThis paper presents a two-stage electrohydraulic servovalve with nozzle-flapper pilot stage, which is controlled by stack-type piezoelectric elements. The flapper moving mechanism proposed in this research compensates for the thermal expansion of elements and applies preload to experimental result shows that has frequency response over 500 Hz without oil pressure, simplified system using about 150 at supply pressure 210 bar.
