摘要: The electromagnetic valve (EMV) actuation system is a new technology for improvement in fuel efficiency and reduction emissions spark ignition (SI) engines. It can provide more flexibility event control compared with conventional variable devices. However, powerful efficient actuator design needed this to be applied mass production This paper presents the effects of operating parameters on static dynamic performances actuator. Employing finite element method (FEM), flow pattern magnetic flux analysed resultant forces several cases core armature designs are calculated. A computer simulation model has been set up identify behaviour EMV system. external disturbances such as cylinder pressure, neutral position current supply time also analysed. To verify accuracy model, an experimental study carried out prototype found that there relatively good agreement between data results from model. newly designed successfully operated test bench about 6000 r/min, which range rated speed most SI Through whole range, maintains performance timing control.
