摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between perception dental care services and oral health conditions in a hypertensive diabetic population subscribed Family Health Strategy city Alfenas, Minas Gerais, Brazil. This domiciliary, descriptive-analytical with random stratified sample, consisting 186 individuals. following indexes were applied: Decayed, Missing Filled Teeth (DMFT); Sound (FS-T); Dental Care Index (DCI); Evaluation use need dentures; Oral for primary assessment questionnaire (OHPCA). A predominance women (67.74%), non-diabetic people (58.60%) elderly (52.69%), an average age 64.26 (± 12.22) years, observed. We noticed total DMFT 27.00 6.24); FS-T = 8.94 10.28); DCI 19.42 26.80); 39.78% partial dentures usage, 56.45% prosthesis usage necessity 36.02% 28.49% prosthesis. In OHPCA questionnaire, positive assessments prevalent. proved be best among those individuals who reported good their dentists worse considered as equipment used services. critical aspects were: access, speed professional-patient communication.
