摘要: The currrent study identifies the people perception on quality of public health services in Norte and Ichilo districts (Bolivia), with a particular emphasis relationshisp between heath workers patients. Both qualitative quantitative methods were utilised such as: survey, focus groups, participatory observation, unstructured interviews to Key informants open discussions community. Results show that reputation is affected by elements as discriminatory attitude towards belonging low socio-economic strata, lack communication patients, perceived insufficient technical skills recognition therapeutic efficacy. who are coming from highlands (collas) appear most disappointed service provision structured western predominant pattern top-bottom approach ignoring its potential users' expectations needs. A capability accept recognise inter-cultural features region, makes challenge be undertaken district personnel should establishment intercultural bridges betwen providers well among different co-existing medical systems.
