摘要: Purpose – This paper is written to add current knowledge of the views science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) discipline early career researchers (ECRs) about creativity. It aims explore their understandings attitudes towards creativity, as well perceptions which environmental factors facilitate creative research.
