摘要: Purpose – This paper is written to add current knowledge of the views science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) discipline early career researchers (ECRs) about creativity. It aims explore their understandings attitudes towards creativity, as well perceptions which environmental factors facilitate creative research. By discussing findings in context earlier work, seeks challenge developers re‐examine practice developing creativity by suggesting a broader deeper approach than currently often taken.Design/methodology/approach The reports on qualitative study collected data from semi‐structured in‐depth interviews with STEM researchers.
