摘要: This study explored the expression, biological function and prognostic role of SOX2 in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). Quantitative real-time PCR immunohistochemistry were used to detect expression TNBC cell lines clinical tissues. MTT assay, Transwell flow cytometry xenograft mouse model assess functions SOX2. It was found that up-regulated both High associated with shorter overall survival disease free survival. Moreover, inhibition suppressed proliferation invasion, induced apoptosis vitro, tumorigenesis metastasis vivo. In addition, analysis TNM stage lymph nodes infiltration among 237 patients by paired χ2 test showed inversely correlated tumor status, our findings provided evidence acts as a promoter could be potential therapeutic strategy for TNBC.
