摘要: Measurements of the stable isotope ratios 13C/12C and 15N/14N in chitin chitosan isolates show large variations which reflect intrinsic compositional isotopic heterogeneities as well differences caused by methods preparation. Analysis D-glucosamine hydrochloride from hydrolysates eliminates these problems.
