摘要: The D/H and ^(13)C/^(12)C C ratios of the cellulose nitrate saponifiable lipid fractions prepared from eleven annual growth rings a California redwood were determined. two are related to one another for in sapwood portion tree, but not those heartwood or wood undergoing transition heartwood. No relationship was observed between fractions. These results suggest that analysis hydrogen isotopic composition plants will provide information useful climatic reconstruction provided initial record has been changed by subsequent physiological diagenetic processes.
