摘要: Compared to their normal, T-cell competent counterparts, BALB/c mice that have been thymectomized, lethally irradiated, and reconstituted with bone marrow cells (TXB) were found be resistant Leishmania major. Even though TXB possess less than 30% of the normal number T in lymphoid organs, they generated a protective immune response prevented progressive multiplication parasite primary cutaneous lesion its dissemination distant visceral sites. Studies depleted residual CD4+ or CD8+ by systemic monoclonal antibody (mAb) treatment showed this immunity depends on residual, radio-resistant population, it develops virtual absence cells. This can negated an infusion from susceptible donors, provided donor are infused before recipients' is generated. It therefore apparant more because former lack threshold suppressor necessary down-regulate induction expansion
