摘要: Resistant CBA mice infected with Leishmania tropica promastigotes develop concomitant and convalescent immunity against reinfection. This can be adoptively transferred by splenic lymph node T cells a threshold dosage of 1 to 2.5 x 10(7). The effector are Thy-1+, Lyt-1+2- phenotype. same immune cell population also transfers specific DTH L. tropica, which is restricted the major histocompatibility complex. On other hand, highly susceptible BALB/c antigen-specific suppressor (Ts) (previously shown inhibit induction expression DTH), capable, on transference, reversing healing lesions induced prior sublethal irradiation mice. As few as 10(6) these effective in abrogating potent prophylactic effect 550 rad. Ts Lyt-1+2-, I-J- Sublethally irradiated produce antibody responses quantitatively isotypically similar during critical first 40 days after infection whether or not they injected 10(7) (nonhealing vs healing). Thus, impairment curative cannot attributed helper function for formation suppressive antibody.
