摘要: Abstract A comparison has been made between the course of Leishmania tropica infection BALB/ c, CBA, and (BALB/c × CBA)F1 mice in vivo growth parasite isolated adherent skin cells vitro. The susceptible phenotype BALB/c mouse was reflected an innate susceptibility a discrete subpopulation to permit extensive prolonged replication tissue culture. When infected culture were used stimulate proliferation immune lymphocytes from “cured” mice, deficient their ability induce BALB/c, or BCF1 origin (all immunized appropriate bone marrow reconstituted irradiated hosts). In contrast, these able if L. antigen source soluble excreted extract (EF), rather than that produced by live infection. Stimulation naive using cell population found produce population(s) (Thy-1.2+, Lyt-2+ including some Lyt-1+ cells) inhibit subsequent sensitization normal lymph node antigens. thus may be attributable early contact T-lymphocyte subsets with high-antigen load maintained this population. These particular also express low levels Ia
