摘要: Abstract A number of alkaloids have been gas chromatographed on columns containing stationary liquids varying degrees polarity. The moderately polar cyanosilicone XE-60 has given particularly good results and appears to be the liquid choice for most alkaloid sepaations. combination two columns, one with silicone rubber SE-30 another XE-60, is recommended purposes identification.
