摘要: Abstract The development of a new method for covalent immobilization biomolecules on the surface bare gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) by using crosslinking agents in one step is presented. A very compatible biopolymer such as chitosan has been used target molecule to probe viability proposed methodology. Click chemistry, based biocompatible reactions and coupling with 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride N-hydroxysuccinimide allow analyze interactions between metal biopolymer. Spectra deconvolution technique Zeta potential measurements confirm interaction. present study allows quantify proportion AuNPs covalently adhered chitosan, which depends solution pH. obtained results indicates that can be increased up 25% relation total system interactions, are mostly electrostatic. strategy opens pathway biomedical applications because control chemical linkage directly performed nanoparticle without any molecular intermediate, may improve encapsulation efficiency drug delivery therapies.
