摘要: An experimental model has been developed to study the mechanisms of lymphocyte activation. Using this we examined relationship between early protein synthetic events and late proliferative response Con A. We found that transient puromycin or cycloheximide-induced inhibition synthesis during first hour stimulation by A resulted in either enhancement response, depending on subsequent treatment cells. If lymphocytes were not restimulated immediately after initial pulse with metabolic inhibitor plus A, there was a decrease response. However, if cells 24 hr later, shift kinetics resulting prolonged increased Inhibition at 6 produced no noticeable effects. Hence, are take place hours critical for development The possibility these target macrophage-mediated regulation function is discussed.
