摘要: Abstract A process based on the spray pyrolysis of an organic acid solution has been developed for synthesis spherical YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7− x superconducting powders. Depending viscosity, which is controlled by degree precursor polymerization, ‘solid’ YBC particles are formed pyrolysis. During decomposition stage these converted to microporous comprised inorganic nanocrystallites. The desired orthorhombic, phase obtained subsequent calcination at 850°C h in 10 −2 atm , followed annealing 500°C 4 flowing . A.C. magnetic susceptibility results powders and four-point resistance sintered pellets clearly show transition state, confirming yields suitable materials monoliths.
