摘要: Viral hemorrhagic fevers (VHF) are a group of clinically similar diseases that can be caused by enveloped RNA viruses primarily from the families Arenaviridae, Filoviridae, Hantaviridae, and Flaviviridae. Clinically, this has in common fever, fatigue, dizziness, muscle aches, other associated symptoms progress to vascular leakage, bleeding multi-organ failure. Most these zoonotic causing asymptomatic infections primary host, but human beings, infection lethal. Clinical experimental evidence suggest T-cell response is needed for protection against VHF, also cause damage play an important role disease pathogenesis. Here, we present review immune responses VHF insights into possible ways improve counter-measures viral agents.
