摘要: Background: The aim of this study was to determine phenolic acid composition and anti-parasitic effects Peucedanum caucasicum, P. palimbioides, longibracteolatum chryseum on Entamoeba histolytica . Methods: Methanol extracts the plant species were prepared by soxhlet extraction. Phenolic compositions determined HPLC. Anti-proliferative effect trophozoites using trypan blue dye exclusion test.
