摘要: Abstract A better understanding of the interaction between built environment and atmosphere is required to more effectively manage urban airsheds. This paper reports an analysis data from atmospheric measurement campaign in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, during summer 2003 that shows wind flow patterns, turbulence, thermal effects downtown area. Experimental measurements within a street canyon yielded airflow stability conditions, turbulence properties as function incoming direction time day. Air surface temperatures at two different sites, one other nearby park, were measured. study conditions indicates dynamically stable did not occur canyon. provides evidence can strongly influence characteristics cities.
