摘要: Botulinum neurotoxin (BoNT) is a second-line treatment of sialorrhoea in ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) patients. This article review the published literature concerning safety and administration this to A PubMed search was performed. All original publications on BoNT patients were included review. Only few adverse events observed with BoNT. The studies performed date have applied different strategies dosages.
