摘要: The acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is probably one of the two or three most studied pathophysiologic processes occurring in medical intensive care unit. Most current understanding about this severe clinical illness and mediators associated with it has come from study relevant animal models. In mid-1970s, development sheep model ARDS and, later, porcine led to discovery a wide variety lipid mediators, amines, cytokines, proteases, etc. Documentation presence highly toxic flurry activity drug area. A substantial number new therapies have been suggested examined recent years, many which remain controversial. following critical appraisal potential therapeutic options under investigation years for management ARDS.
