摘要: Abstract The preparation of highly active hydrodesulfurization (HDS) catalyst is vital importance for the production ultra-clean fuel. Herein, nanosheet assemblies MOR were employed as support to prepare series NiW with different Ni/W ratio (NiW/NS-MOR). After impregnation Ni and W species sulfidation, obtained NiW/NS-MOR showed an increasing activity in HDS refractory 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene rise content prepared catalysts, reached maximum at 0.55. Also, reaction rate constant TOF on NiW/NS-MOR-0.55 (11.1 × 10−4 mol g−1 h−1 3.3 h−1) much higher than those NiW/γ-alumina (8.1 × 10−4 mol g−1 h−1 2.2 h−1). All supported-NiW catalysts characterized by N2 physisorption, X-ray powder diffraction, Ultraviolet visible spectroscopy, Raman temperature-programmed reduction H2, photoelectron spectroscopy high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. Characterization results show that increase weakened interaction tungstate oxide NS-MOR, then more transformed into stacked Type II NiWS phase, improving catalyst.
