摘要: For almost four decades, the chiral fungicides metalaxyl and furalaxyl have been in use plant protection on a global scale. Both substances are distributed as racemic mixtures, yet desirable interference nucleic acid synthesis of harmful fungi only occurs by (-)-R-enantiomer. As enantioselective degradation Scheyern (Germany) Yaounde (Cameroon) soils has documented, influence 50 isolated microorganisms R/S ratio was investigated. A high-pressure liquid chromatography method with column to separate enantiomers furalaxyl, subsequent detection tandem mass spectrometry, employed. Only one these microorganisms, strain Brevibacillus brevis, showed an pattern culture; respective (-)-R-enantiomers were preferably degraded. Moreover, (-)-R-furalaxyl degraded faster cultures supplemented simultaneously both same concentration.
