摘要: Abstract In wild type Saccharomyces cerevisiae, fructose-6-P is known to be in much lower amounts than needed saturate 1-kinase vitro, and the same true for a mutant with reduced affinity fructose-6-P, even though its vivo concentration higher normal. Both 1-kinases were activated vitro by fructose-2,6-P2 0.1 microM range, effector was present more adequate amounts. Hence, it likely necessary sufficient flux through reaction vivo, data also fit acting at different sites on enzyme from fructose-6-P. growth glucose, variety of strains contained 5-10 fructose-2,6-P2, various had levels up 150 presence glucose. Fructose-2,6-P2 found (0.5-10 microM) derepressed cultures after glucose exhaustion pyruvate. Activities 2-kinase situations are presented. The generally indicate correlation between suggest that not rapidly degraded exhaustion.
