摘要: Immature embryos of seven rye inbred lines were cultured on modified MS medium containing 3 mg/dm−3 2,4-D. According to thein vitro response divided into four groups: (1) those producing non-embryogenic callus (NEC) from above 30% the and having a high rate non-responding (NR) embryos, (2) majority (3) NEC by with percentage calli regenerating roots, (4) embryogenic (EC) plants 50% embryos. The inheritance these types was analysed in F1, F2, F3 generations crosses some lines. results obtained indicate that EC production both plant root regeneration are determined recessive genes whereas reduced ability for most probably dominant genes. lack is controlled at least two interacting
