摘要: Immature embryos of seven rye inbred lines were cultured on modified MS medium containing 3 mg/dm−3 2,4-D. According to thein vitro response divided into four groups: (1) those producing non-embryogenic callus (NEC) from above 30% the and having a high rate non-responding (NR) embryos, (2) majority (3) NEC by with percentage calli regenerating roots, (4) embryogenic (EC) plants 50% embryos.
