摘要: In this study, the different stages of somatic embryogenesis (SE) African oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) were characterized biochemically. The total soluble sugars, starch, free amino acids, and proteins extracted, identified quantified at various embryogenesis: zygotic embryos (initial explants), primary calluses, embryogenic calluses with pro-embryos, globular embryos, differentiated regenerated plants. It was found that onset induction SE, level sugars in tissues explants fell by half. During period, present cultures consisted basically glucose fructose. process regeneration maturation, concentrations gradually increased, reaching highest values last two development. At stage, disaccharide sucrose accounts for more than 80 % composition explants. Compared to we thereof developing are inversely proportional virtually throughout As after 30 days until formation there is an accentuated synthesis acids explant tissue. a significant increase levels alanine serine tissues. However, become stabile remain constant end cultivation. Similar results protein, which also showed induction, undergoing slight changes during remainder
