摘要: The progress of knowledge about the molecular mechanisms underlying hereditary diffuse gastric cancer has highlighted, among others, importance genetic alterations CDH1 gene. Due to high penetrance these mutations, a risk higher than 80 % developing been reported for individual who carry mutations. Therefore, strict criteria surveillance and management individuals have established, in order minimize offer them better quality life. This chapter summarizes updated guidelines, which apply cancer.
