摘要: Background Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) associated vasculitis affects small vessels in the kidney (i.e., arterioles, glomerular or peritubular capillaries, venules). Although crescentic glomerulonephritis is a common histological finding, incidence of capillaritis (PTC) arteriolitis unclear. Moreover, laboratory data that reflect degree renal damage and distinguish between PTC have not yet been clarified.
