摘要: Objective The aim of this study was to explore the possible influences age and gender on urinary Alpha 1-Microglobulin (α1-MG) concentrations establish specific reference values α1-MG in a group healthy adults. Methods Two hundred ninety-nine adults (141 males 158 females) aged 20-60 were selected grouped by age. Urinary levels detected morning spot-urine samples, statistical analysis performed association between clinical parameters, differences groups compared. The 95th percentile distribution used as normal upper limit. Results The value sex-dependent (P<0.001), 26.4 mg/L, whereas females 8.6 mg/L. Whereas α1-microglobulin-to-creatinine ratio (α1-MG/Cr) both gender-and age-dependent (both P<0.001), 30 may be cut-off point study. 20-30 16.9 mg/g, 31-60 19.8 mg/g, 28.5 mg/g. Discussions The relationship gender, is different from previous studies. It recommended that hospitals laboratories should develop their own intervals based experimental conditions.
