摘要: Background Oral-Health-Related Quality of Life (OHRQoL) instruments are useful outcome measures in dental health services research; however, there no reports the use OHRQoL evaluating basic care children anywhere. Aim The aims this study to evaluate responsiveness Khmer version Child Perceptions Questionnaire11–14 (CPQ11–14) and describe changes associated with provision care. Design A pre-test/post-test design, a clinical convenience sample aged from 8 14 years age who received local nongovernmental organisation (NGO). Results Of 140 baseline sample, 116 (82.9%) were followed up. The mean change CPQ11–14 overall score for those caries was 1.7, representing small improvement OHRQoL. There moderate (one three) statistically significant reduction prevalence impacts across whole (P < 0.001; McNemar test), one five improved by minimally important difference (MID) five-scale points. Conclusions The appears be valid responsive measure assessing treatment-associated Cambodia.
