摘要: A liquid film flowing over horizontal cylinders is of great importance as a high rate of heat transfer exists between the falling and cylinders. The objective this research to use numerical predictions, following experimental verification, study flow field better understand processes that occur in beds irrigated horticultural produce. Also refine traditional methods analysing threephase porous media by modelling transport process much finer detail. This objective relevant, hydrocooler where warm produce cooled directly by spraying it with chilled water, known hydrocooling. Other similar systems, achieved formulating equations govern on the scale pieces horticultural produce, spaces them.
