摘要: Abstract This paper examines the landscape of policy work conducted by NGOs with respect to social inclusion agenda. Based on a qualitative case study integration in Czech city, focuses relations between collaborative and critical NGOs. In this case, while position is mainly justified apolitical expertise, long-term professional experience compliance official standards work, latter calls upon community-based knowledge political participation. We argue that despite indisputable benefits it includes risks paternalism, accountability deficit exclusiveness.
