摘要: The present study aims to compare the direction and magnitude of sex differences in mortality major health dimensions across Denmark, Japan US. Human Mortality Database was used examine age-specific rates. Danish twin surveys, 1905-Cohort Study, Health Retirement Nihon University Japanese Longitudinal Study Aging were health. Men had consistently higher rates at all ages three countries, but they also a substantial advantage handgrip strength compared with same-aged women. Sex activities daily living (ADL) became pronounced among individuals aged 85+ countries. Depression levels tended be women, particularly, Denmark HRS, only small observed immediate recall test Mini-Mental State Exam. revealed consistent differentials survival physical health, self-rated cognition older ages, whereas pattern depressive symptoms country-specific.
