摘要: Abstract Acute unilateral keratomalacia, probably secondary to trauma, occurred in a greater one-horned rhinoceros (Rhinoceros unicornis) transferred between zoologic facilities. Following 2 days of medical treatment, 360° conjunctival surgical graft was performed. Staphylococcus and yeast were isolated from perioperative culture the affected eye treated with antimicrobials. There rapid healing minimal midcorneal scar formation peripheral corneal clarity.
