摘要: To facilitate the production and purification of human monoclonal antibodies, we evaluated ability hybridomas to adapt chemically defined-serum free media. From a panel secreting antibody against serotype specific lipopolysaccharide determinants gram-negative bacteria, growth secretion properties two producing antibodies strains Pseudomonas aeruqinosa, 4-8KH15 4-10KH139, were analysed.
