摘要: Although vaccination has proven to be the best flu prevention method, misconceptions and myths regarding vaccine disease, are factors that affects intentions get vaccine, set Hispanics’ health in disadvantage when compared with non-Hispanic Whites. Hispanics more prone than Non-Hispanic Whites develop chronic respiratory diseases, which place this population high risk complications. Therefore, it is of pivotal public significance, strategies can address misperceptions Hispanics. This essay proposes a local strategy Pittsburgh, PA called InFLUyentes, as possible method increase coverage among Spanish word for influential, endeavors prepare members, from all educational levels Hispanic community, positively change other’s misperceptions. With support promotion campaign, InFLUyentes will ready intervene accurate information, whenever misleading comment about presented their daily environment.
